What are ZARIOT IoT/M2M SIMs?

Unlike smartphone SIMs, ZARIOT IoT/M2M SIMs are designed specifically for IoT.

They give your devices access to multiple local networks per country, an usage-based data plan, and flexible contract terms.

How long does it take to ship ZARIOT SIMs?

Please allow us 3-5 business days for the SIMs to reach you within the EU.

For NA and APAC regions, please allow for 7-10 business days.

All SIMs are shipped with a tracking number.

Are there limitations to the SIM trial?

Your ZARIOT trial SIMs are allocated with a fixed amount of free data traffic, allowing you to test global device connections during QA processes and PoCs.

How do ZARIOTs SIM swap carriers?

With multiple-IMSIs in each ZARIOT SIM, it automatically selects the best-quality network at your device location.

If you prefer to select a specific operator for your devices, you can manually do so.

How do I monitor ZARIOT SIMs?

A trial of our SIMs will also give you access to the ZARIOT connectivity management portal for real-time monitoring of all connected devices.

From there, you can track things like connection status, data usage, costs, as well as allow you to respond to any connectivity issues.
